Delete your Stridekeep account

Stridekeep gives you two ways to delete your account and the data tied to it. The in-app path is instant and self-serve; this web page is for players who have already uninstalled the app and can no longer reach the in-app button.

If you still have the app installed

Use the in-app self-serve deletion — it's instant and irreversible:

  1. Open Stridekeep.
  2. Tap the gear icon at the top of any screen.
  3. Tap Privacy.
  4. Tap DELETE MY ACCOUNT and confirm twice.

That deletes your account, badges, and lifetime stats. We also sever the link between you and your tile placements — the tiles stay on the canvas (they're part of the season's collective mural) but can no longer be traced back to you. You'll be returned to a fresh anonymous player on the same device. See the Privacy Policy §7 for the exact retention specifics.

If you've already uninstalled

Fill the form below. Submitting opens your mail app with a pre-filled message to privacy@stridekeep.app. Your request will be processed within 30 days, in line with our Privacy Policy.

Required if you linked an account in-app. Leave blank if you never linked and only have a player ID.

Optional. The app shows this in Settings → Privacy → REQUEST DATA DELETION. We only need it if you didn't link an email.

If neither path works for you, email privacy@stridekeep.app directly with whatever you remember about your account and we'll do our best to find and remove it.
